Immersive Labs ranks first (7.5 of 10) because it is the only platform here that is strong in labs, live-fire range work and crisis simulation at once. It scores 8 or 9 on five of seven criteria. The trade-offs are no published price and a platform big enough to need an owner.

6-1What does Immersive Labs do?
Immersive sells one platform, Immersive One, with separate products for each format. Hands-On Labs run in the browser against live systems. Cyber Drills exercise cross-functional teams through realistic incidents. Dynamic Threat Range runs a live-fire attack against the customer's own stack and measures detection and response telemetry against peers. Crisis simulations take executives and incident leaders through scenarios with dynamic injects, live consequences and AI actors.
The AI Program Builder creates crisis scenarios around the organization and its playbooks from a prompt. An AI Lab Builder does the same for custom labs.
6-2Who is it built for?
Almost everyone in a security organization and a good part of the business. The labs page lists non-technical employees, developers, SOC analysts, incident responders, offensive specialists and executive leadership. No other scored platform covers as many rows of the exercise matrix.
6-3What does an exercise leave behind?
Decision-level measurement in crisis simulations ('every decision, measured'), a Resilience Score, and benchmarks by team, role, framework and cohort. Immersive describes technical exercising as producing 'objective, benchmarked evidence of readiness' against frameworks such as NIS2 or DORA.

Immersive does not publish pricing. Plan for a sales process.

- Effort to run scores 7, not 9: scenario building is fast, but a multi-product platform needs someone to decide which teams get labs, drills, range time and crisis simulations.
- Immersive describes itself as #1 in the Forrester Wave 2026; we have not reviewed the Forrester report.
